Agroha Dham History
The construction of the temple was decided upon at the All India Aggarwal Representatives Convention in 1976. Because of this, the trust was established under the direction of Shri Krishna Modi and Rameshwar Das Gupta. Tilak Raj Aggarwal oversaw the start of construction, and well-wisher Laxmi Narain Gupta gave the land to the trust. Subhash Goel started working on the smaller projects in 1985 after the main temple’s construction was completed in 1984.
The main temple is composed of three wings. The center, western, and eastern wings are dedicated to worshiping the Hindu deities Mahalakshmi, Saraswati, and Maharaja A, respectively. The Agroha Maha Kumbh, which is held every year on Sharad Purnima, is celebrated with great enthusiasm at the temple.

It is sufficient to prove that the city was the capital of a republic because Agreya Janapada (Republic) coins were discovered during excavations and because the city was formerly known as Agrodaka in literature.
The main attraction is the Trikuta temple, which has three majestic Shikharas. On top of the temple, a massive Murti of the Sun riding his horses greets you. This symbolizes the lineage from the Sun, or Suryavamsh. The primary temple is home to Mahalaskhmi, the Agarwal community’s Kuldevi.
